Did you know certain foods could be harming your hormones and fertility? Do you know what foods you’re missing for your diet to really be healthy? This is the week you’ll find out what it means to fully support your gut, your liver, and your hormones through nutrient-dense foods.

The 4-Phase Hormone Cycle:

Understand that your hormone cycle is SO MUCH more than just your period and what it actually means for your energy, your mood, your metabolism, self-care, productivity, and your social life! We’ll dive into the first half of your cycle and how to support your hormones well during these 2 weeks.

WEEK FIVE

How to Have a Better Period THIS MONTH:

We will dive into how to support the second half of your hormone cycle with nutrition, exercise, and self-care so your next period can be better than your last. 

BONUS: Fertility Tracking - how to know confidently when you can and can’t get pregnant during your cycle

WEEK SIX

Managing Stress for Hormone Balance:

Stress impacts your hormones in a big way - this week we will identify triggers of stress & provide tools to manage your daily stressors in a way that won’t drag you into exhaustion & overwhelm and will leave your body more resilient!

WEEK SEVEN

Sleep Like a Princess:

Are you so done feeling tired every day? This is the week where we start to uncover the secrets behind that magical princess sleep that heals your hormones from the inside out.

WEEK EIGHT

Self-Care & #momlife:

Spoiler Alert: Self-care as moms can be the LAST thing on a daily to-do list, and that CAN change. This week we dive into how to make self-care a part of your daily routine in a way that truly works for you and your family.

WEEK NINE

Implementation Week:

Part of creating balance is providing space to implement what you’ve learned! This week our group call is optional and can be used for Q&A or time can be used to implement what you’ve already learned.

WEEK TEN

Move Your Body for Happy Hormones:

Exercise is a hot topic, and can be a game changer for health, but are you doing it right? It’s time to find out if what you’re doing is helping (or hurting!) your hormones and how the right exercise can actually boost your fertility.

WEEK ELEVEN

Bathroom and Laundry Room Purge:

If there are hidden toxins in your personal products or household products, we’ll find them and get them replaced without you having to do the research.

WEEK TWELVE

Putting It All Together - Rhythms & Routines That Work for You:

This week we will look back at the action steps you’ve implemented throughout the program and do live coaching through how to create routines and rhythms to keep your healthy habits going!
